Somewhere between a chemistry lab and a chicken coop, a legend was hatched. Our founder wasn't satisfied with "pretty good wings" — he wanted to know exactly why a wing gets crispy, precisely how sauce clings to skin, and scientifically what makes a bite unforgettable.
So he built a lab instead of a kitchen. Every recipe on our menu has been tested, retested, and argued about at 2am over a whiteboard covered in heat curves and crisp ratios. The result: wings that aren't just cooked — they're engineered.

The Formulas

Traditional Wings
Bone-in, double-fried for maximum crunch, then tossed in the formula of your choice. The control group every good experiment needs.
Chicken Tenders
Whole-muscle tenderloin, hand-breaded and fried to a shattering golden crust. Simple, consistent, and always a safe bet in the lab.
French Fries
Hand-cut, seasoned, and topped with your choice of sauce, cheese, and chopped chicken. A side dish with a chip on its shoulder.
Delicious Desserts
Cheesecake (classic, Oreo, strawberry, or salted caramel) and funnel cake (classic, chocolate Oreo, or birthday cake) — made fresh in-house.
Beverages
Fountain drinks, coffee, hot & iced tea, juice, and lemonade mixed fresh in eight flavors — Original, Strawberry, Blackberry, Blue Razzberry, Mango, Peach, Watermelon & Cherry.
